Talented Nigerian man makes history, graduates with 1st class in fine arts from the University of Taraba

A Nigerian man has proved that age has nothing to do with being brilliant or making good grades in academics once you put your heart to it.
A talented man named Christopher Odida Awu has made history in Taraba state University. This is because for the first time in the establishment of the school, a student graduated with a first class from fine arts department. Not only that, Awu also had the best grades in the department so far in the university.
Though an indigene of Utugwang village in Obudu local government area of Cross River state, Awa was born in Taraba state and had live all his lifetime there.

The 40-year-old man finished his secondary school education in 1998 when he studied fine arts at the Federal Technical College Jalingo, Taraba state. He had a National Certificate in Education in fine and applied arts (Double Major) from College of Education Jalingo in 2001. In pursuit of higher education, Awu secured an admission into the Taraba state University where he had a B(Ed) Hons in educational administration and planning.
Aside academics, Awu plays musical instruments (guitar), he is a dancer and loves drama.
He also loves teaching subjects like fine art, music, dance, drama, English Language and literature. He is also proficient in the manipulation of computer office and graphics applications.
It was reported that the inauguration of the teenage governor took place in Umuahia, the state capital, on Tuesday, December 25.
It happens that Ikpeazu, at the event, expressed appreciation for the good performance of Abia students in public examinations in the last four years. He also called on the one-day governor and her team to run the affairs of the state well within the limited period.
